Alan’s advise is 100% correct — don’t click the link.
There are tell-tale signs that it is phony, like they don’t address you by your name and they make it sound imminent or immediate (“access will remain limited”). But even without the tell-tale signs, it is always bad to click the link(s) in the email and the put in your password, etc. Also bad to use the phone number in that email.
Best to check everything out by either going to the web site via your regular bookmark (favorite) or typing in the name of the web site in your browser.
