OK so today I am using my computer like I always do and suddenly it says "out of memory" I did everything I could to get more memory (disc cleanup, disc defrag, etc) still no good. Then I figured I must have a virus. Went in safe mode and did all sorts of things and discovered that I really was out of memory (still no idea why). I also found out that I have 2 drives (C and D partitioned on one physical drive) The D drive is almost empty and has 175GB free on it. I dug as deep as I could into the devices and didn't see any way to change the partition size. It just makes no sense to me to have D drive with twice the memory of the C drive. Is there a way to move some of the D drive memory to C drive by repartitioning it?
For now I managed to remove a few programs to free up a gig or three but anticipate I will run out again soon. HELP!
