I will be on the Carnival Splendor a month from now and will visit San Juan and Amber Cove, Dominican Republic. Has anybody been to Amber Cove and visited the Casinos in Puerto Plata? Hopefully I can visit the casinos by taxi. Any help will be appreciated. I will bring back traders if anybody wants them. Let me know
