Ozzy Dog chips, 2001 April Fool's Day, 2004 Friday the 13th, Sheryl Crow, Playboy... I've turned in thousands of dollars worth of Hard Rock chips for people these past few years. There's really not a lot of value increase over face on many of them. Some chip dealers don't even want to buy them at anything but face or slightly below because they're just not selling.
