Ross is 100% correct. You can find Photoshop Elements for even less than $68 and it's all most ever need. I'm a photographer and use Photoshop & Lightroom which now require a Adobe CC subscription. You can sometimes find PSE at yard sales for $2!
Check your local camera store if you have one in your area. They some time sell promo versions of PSE for pennies. This is a good time of the year to check.
