Remember that Poker is not illegal in Texas, taking a rake is. There is poker in a lot of bars and private clubs already. Not to mention the hundreds of technically "Illegal" clubs that do charge a rake but are rarely ever busted unless they are serving alcohol to minors or selling other illegal things.

Personally I wouldn't go near a place that charges me $10 an hour to play plus a "Membership" fee.
