No Dennis, you didn't step on my toes. I just wanted to point out that assuming it was a kick back to the professor was not justified. The cost of textbooks is outrageous, no doubt about it. Nowadays students, in most cases, have the choice to rent books or buy used books or buy e-books instead of buying the text book. The textbook industry is still changing.

You should definitely be more than proud of your son. It was a great accomplishment.
