Recently, I purchased a group of NV chips and found this "The Mint" $1 with a design in the back rather than the normal value in both sides. I remember seeing it somewhere before but cannot find it in any catalog or present & past eBay offers/sales.

Would appreciate any help , is this a cancellation, fake, what?

Any idea of value?/If any!
