Just off Hwy 101, on the Klamath River, not far from CA/OR state line. I haven't visited. I couldn't find a web site for the casino. TheChipGuide says closed, but posts on a trailer park web-site nearby talk about the casino and restaurant being open a few months ago.

The Flowers mold is mostly Northwest US and often Canada. No particular value to chips as name has changed before and not a well-known casino. Collectors of low-denomination CA casino chips may want these as not many will have visited this area. Even so, likely worth just a few dollars.
