Do any of the College Pigskin fans here know if there is a website that shows the different conference tie-breaker scenarios?

For example, Michigan, Ohio State, and Penn State are all 6-1 in Big Ten play, and I'm trying to find who would win the tie-breaker and play in the conference championship if it ended tied after the regular season.
