thanks again for your response… A few more lawyers added threads to the question that I asked. It seems that we could use advise from a tax lawyer that specializes in not for profit tax law and internet site use.

So… is all this talk worth it… maybe not, maybe… I see it as a possible step in the right direction for the future of the club.

The status quo is not going to serve us into the future. I know you are getting tired of answering my questions.
