Good question(s) Mike. I have one also. If one were to grade a chip at a 70, according to wear on a 1-100 scale; wouldn't that mean it equates to almost 1/3, or 30% worn? If so, it definitely makes it "well circulated" in my viewpoint ... and not anywhere near worth what a given price guide may quote for "chips in excellent condition".
