I am looking for people with the ability to scan QRC labels, to scan this label and tell be if they were able to view the video. Not just link to it, but able to view it.

So far, my smartphone cannot play the video. My tablet cannot play the video. My laptop can play the video (without linking via QRC scanning).

What we are most interested in finding out is, does this QRC allow people to link to the appropriate video and play that video on their smartphones. If so, we would affix these types of labels to the various Exhibits set-up by the MoGH.
