I always look forward to Peggy Noonan's column "Declarations" on Saturday in the Wall Street Journal. Today she speculates what would happen if a Sane Donald were on the ballot. Noonan was a speechwriter for Pres. Reagan and put a lot of sane words into Ronald's mouth.
