You can ask anything you like! As for the "dream home" that Andy mentioned.....it's totally impractical....totally over priced.....but charming as hell! It was built in 1892...has 6 bedrooms (lots of room for chippers to drop by!) 4 bathrooms....in-law quarters (where Duane will live!)....and is 3343 square feet! And they only want half a million for it! What a deal! (ya right....)

Needless to say......I'll probably be passing on this one......
