Hi Rich,
Here's some lines copied from the 1937 phone book....which includes "Apache Club"
American Legion Memorial Bldg 5th & Stewart.........248
Anderson Dairy 515 Fremont..........................................177
Apache Beauty Salon Apache Hotel Bldg.....................225
Apache Club rear Hotel...................................................217
Apache Hotel 104 N 2nd................................................680
Apache Hotel PO ................................................ 1-PO
Apache Restaurant 128 Fremont.................................687
Aplin A W r N Las Vegas..............................................658
Not sure if this counts as official, but it was from a 1941 newspaper article...
Milwaukee Journal
Tommy Thebo, owner of the swanky Apache Club, and Jim Powers, manager of the Frontier Club, agreed that one bad game could easily discredit all the others.

And there's this glass...which may or may not be from the Apache in downtown Las Vegas. And I'm not sure who the glass belongs to...the scan was sent to me many years ago. I think that a glass like this was offered for sale on the chipboard a few years ago, I was interested, but my husband talked me out of it...
And none of this stuff says club...but it's cool!
(The Grand Opening ad is not ours...again, someone sent it to me years ago, and I don't know who it belongs to)
