This is one of several different SMCR Tropicana chips that can be found in a brass money clip. These date back to the 1960's. Notice that there is an oversize white inlay on the chip reverse that is probably marked Souvenir No Value. Also, notice that the fountain is red and the water is green; there are other versions of the design with a green fountain and red water.
