A lot of people try to persuade you to use the no-fee "personal" option for PayPal, but then you do not have any protection. It's worth having a money-back guarantee when dealing with unknown situations, even if it means coughing up 35 or 50 cents to cover PayPal commissions. I don't criticize the no-fee option when dealing with folks you know, but if it comes down to trust I would rather trust PayPal.
