It will decline until the BOD decides to change the club's organizational structure.

The way out of decline is a strategic plan. We have no plan and the BOD is against building one.
As hard as they work, the BOD with current operations is clearly not able to change the downward direction in membership which will
accelerate in coming years.

I've talked about this before as most around here know but a fair amount of collectors just don't care about the future of the club
or the hobby. It is depressing. Members are leaving us one way or another, never to be replaced. Chip prices are on a one way trip
down hill.

I share your enthusiasm and positivity about what the club could do, I wish you good luck with getting anything to change with the
near future given our current priorities.
