This seller claims to have the largest hoard of illegal chips from the Brown Hotel in French Lick, IN. If you look at his listings all the chips appear to be generic but he is offering a certificate of authenticity....signed by him .

eBay no longer has a way to report something you believe is fraudulent but things like this sure don't help our hobby.
