This chip was a CONVENTION chip. To arrange to send them out to folks that don't come to the convention takes away from the specialness of the chip as a convention chip. Have you ever gone to a baseball game and caught a homer? That's part of the fun of going to a game. If they had lotteries and passed them out to all the folks who stayed home it would take away from those who attended the game.
