Not many right on Pacific Coast Highway

Midway point would be San Luis Obispo.

From S to N, you would have to make a detour of a couple of miles for Players Casino on Route 101 in Ventura - I think they have player's club cards.

Detour of quite a few miles (20 or 25?) for Chumash Casino in Santa Ynez - Indian place that has player's cards for sure.

Oceana Casino, right on PCH (yaaayyyy!) in Oceano, blink and you'll miss it.

Central Coast Casino, a few blocks east of PCH on Grand Avenue in Grover Beach.

Old Cayucos Tavern in Cayucos, or as I know it, "Old Cuckoo Tavern." The cardroom won't be open when you arrive. It never is. (Well, supposedly on Wednesdays for an hour or some such zaniness.)

Long drive into Marina, for the Marina Club, you must exit the Route 1 FREEWAY for the old BUSINESS ROUTE or you will zoom right by all of the city.

Last casino, off Route 1 by a half-mile, downtown Santa Cruz for the Ocean View Casino, it's near the River, drop in sometime.
