Sam, has been a winner on owning and running casinos, but 19 years ago when article was written, he backed a dog and race track outside Las Vegas, this was a mistake, never made it. In 1980 horse racing was real big, now a dying sport, unless the track has a casino attached. (exception Del Mar) a resort track.
