Say is false.
The EDC did NOT fall on the same weekend as the show this year and has done that only once in the past 5 years.
The club has a room block for the convention so anyone staying at the South Point had a hotel room at the set rate if they want so your claim of lack of rooms is incorrect.

Airfare for this years convention at least for me was the cheapest it's been in 5 years.

Yes it's hot but thats Las Vegas and for that matter most of the area for several months around the time of year that the majority of our members can make the show which is summer.

Because all of our club materials are in Las Vegas thr expenses become significant because of the logistics of moving it somewhere else and to be honest most people want it there anyway.

Not sure who is telling you incorrect information.
