Doug, regarding "unopened"....

I was always skeptical of unopened packs and boxes. It seemed to me that wax-packs just needed a little heat to open and re-seal. Shrink-wrap/cellophane on boxes could always be replaced with new material. While mylar-type packaging may be tamper resistant, I could never bring myself to buy "un-opened" from a card shop location.
