They are on page 105 of the copy I have of his catalog. They are denominations from 1 to 1000 and clearly show the numbers. There are only six, 1, 5, 25, 100, 500, 1000. I think yours are probably samples and intentionally cutoff the denominations for security. Pollack's 25 and 100 also have notches. He does identify them as Chipco manufacture but he calls them chips, not tokens. I do have a sample Chipco token that identifies this construction as Pro-Tech II.
