I don't know if these are Klan chips or not. However, they were delivered to Scranton, PA in 1923

Scranton, at the time, was a hot bed for Klan activity.

I collect these not because they may be Klan chips nor for the history. I collect them because they are crest and seal chips, especially c&s chips in the USPC records.
