This chip is one I've never seen.

Can you read the wording? It appears to say A Scott Tissue/ Soft-, but I can't read the rest. It doesn't seem to match the name of a Scott paper product, even a discontinued one.

Incidentally, here is a picture of the box that a bunch of my blue Scott chips came in:

I do have two different shades of blue on my chips, one lighter than the other. I assume you have seen this as well? Probably the result of making several batches of the ad chips. "But Mr. Scott just said to make them blue..." and nobody really cares .
