I looked into this with the GBWR a few years ago - the admin (and fee!) to get a record, including the verficiation process, is quite complex - I could beat this almost with UK chips alone, but knowing that there are many others with much more substantial collections it didn't feel right to continue.

I think it was discussed at the time that this could be something to arrange with GBWR coming to a convention, but it would mean someone having to take their full collection along - could be some great PR for the club though!
