I met Bill and Starr once and did quite a bit of buying from their sales lists in the early years.
He was the first to explain to me who the manufacturers were behind the various molds.
Even told me about this place back east that did the inlay chips -- the Burt Co.
He was the first chip dealer I encountered, along with Howdy's "The Coin Co." business, in the pre-club days of chip collecting.
