Interesting that the chip and wheel you show have the numbers facing inward, so they are easiest to read from the far side of the wheel. My wheel has the numbers facing outward so they are easiest to read from the near side. Looks like there are no real standards. I wouldn't be surprised if you found an actual 1930s wheel with the numbers going in the same order as the chip. I'm interested in what Mr. Roulette has to say about all this.
