Good Afternoon Fellow Chippers!
For your amusement, here is an update for my post last week of my eBay selling (and buying) adventure.
The one turkey who said INR, Negged me before the time he agreed to wait to to see if the package showed up.
I had found that he's currently scamming 3 other sellers, and in the past year has negged 15 sellers for Item Not Received.
I wrote him back and asked if he really thought negging me would expedite the refund, and gee why doesn't he talk to his post office if so many items have been lost in the mail... Seems strange that it's about 1 per month. Just enough to fly under eBay's radar. (rotflmfao at the thought of eBay doing anything anyway) So far, he hasn't opened a case for a refund. Typing this should make Karma bite me, such that a case will be open by the time I hit send here :-) Seems also, that at least twice, he's returned blank sheets of paper to sellers instead of the Item Not As Described...
Up to you, but you may want to block:

In going through the feedback that he's left, I see that he has transacted with several others from this board.
I had gripped about a 0 feedback newbie... Just opened the unpaid item case. Turkey outbid others to get the chips. I'd have been quite happy for the chips to have sold for 25c less to paying bidders that bought multiple other items... Now they still sit in my for sale book and will require effort to list them all over again. (I'm a crybaby...)
Buying.
I mentioned that I spent more on new chips that I'd made in selling the old. Not one, but two sellers sent wrong chips! Sheesh. One is a regular poster here, a fine gentleman, and we're getting it worked out with no drama.
The other guy posted a chip he did not have and sent something a bit different. A chip I already had. He did refund me quickly, but the poor chap did not know that he would have to initiate a new payment to me from PayPal to pay for the return shipping. So he spent 47c to mail me $1. (We did the return outside of eBay's system. I always contact a seller first and try to keep it friendly and off of someone's seller dashboard.) I'm slightly annoyed that he didn't have the proper chip, as I really wanted it, but he too has been a total gentleman in dealing with the problem.
