FWIW I emailed the Gold Coast for instructions/directions for a handicapped person to get to the new meeting room: Salon D
Here is what they sent back:

"When you get dropped off at Valet, go straight through the doors, and straight ahead, just past Subway, on the left is the elevator, that will take you up to the second floor, to Salon D, Nevada Ball Room"

Don't know if that is the shortest pathway for those not needing an elevator, and don't know how far the walk
will be, as I haven't been in the Gold Coast for years. Posted just in case this info might be useful to others going to the meeting.
