I had as many as 4 of the $1,000 Paris jetons at once, and singles or doubles quite a few times. I always cashed them in, never took one home or sold one. Some may or may not be in collections - I don't know of any that have been sold since the table was pulled from the casino floor. I had both varieties of the $500 quite a few times too, took one of each home. I gave the plain $500 to Katie Smith to stake her into the game. I don't think anyone has one of those. I sold the striped $500 to Skip at face value, I paid postage and insurance, so it actually cost me about $9 to sell it to him. He sold it to Mike Christensen (happy birthday today Mike!), and as far as I know, it is the only one in anyone's collection. The closure of that table took everyone by surprise. There was no advance notice. One day it was on the casino floor, and the next day it was gone. What a sad day that was!
