McGregor would have to lose 25+ pounds to make it happen, but if he gets $10 million+ for the fight I am sure he would do it.

Imagine - Mayweather going for a record of 50-0 (beating Marciano's record) and the boxer vs. MMA fighter debate. (Although McGregor wouldn't be allowed to kick, choke or wrestle.)

They tried something similar many years ago when Muhammad Ali fought the wrestler Antonio Inoki. The difference in that fight was that either contestant could box and/or wrestle. Obviously, Ali did not want to wrestle and Inoki did not want to box, so the battle was a dud. Inoki spent the entire match on the ground kicking Ali in the legs hoping to make him fall where he could get his hands on him.

They said the Ali had chronic leg problems as a result of that bout.
