The dropdown for non-casino's still doesn't work in IE. It is stuck on 'Off'

Hard to explain this but you may well understand.
When I run it through the debugger, the code portion surrounding the select function appears in different colors to what I would expect. Seems to indicate a syntax error as far as IE is concerned.
I'm wondering if SELECTED=SELECTED is causing the problem? Missing ' ' quotes somewhere?
