Forgot to add to the Adventures in Selling section:
2 buyers are rightfully grumbling "Stupid Seller"... I missed proofreading that I didn't change the picture on one and the description on another of the listings. Didn't find the error until I went to pack the orders. It's been a while since I did that on 1 listing, much less 2 in the same batch!
Both Buyer's were Totally Gracious about the errors, and problems resolved before chips shipped.
