This old Cal Neva Lodge $5 chip is usually found drilled. James says ALL are drilled. Does anyone really have one un-cancelled? This fuzzy picture is from The Chip Guide. Is it real or somebody's repaired chip?

It would be a $600+ chip if it's real. I've never seen one.
