Good Sam (short for Good Samaritans) Safe Ride appears to be a group that puts on car shows -
"Rolling Chrome", "Tahoe Thunder", etc... they appear to still be active in the Tahoe area... here's

might have been used for... prize... discount... sales incentive? Anyway, for the time being I'll put
this slightly oversize chip in my $25 Lake Tahoe binder and hope to find out more.
