Re: New Scam at the USPS mad
In Response To: New Scam at the USPS mad ()

I mostly use bubble mailers without any problems. Sometimes I use a greeting card & secure 1 or 2 chips inside, I mark the envelope first class non machineable. The clerk will put first class forever stamp and a penquin stamp which costs 22c He will then hand stamp it non machineable in red ink & handstamp the stamps to cancel them. I have been doing this for about 6 months witout any problems.
