I always mark my chips sent in bubble mailers Fragile with Magic Marker as mentioned above. I dont know if it does any good but no one has asked me to pay anymore because of that marking. I just think psychologically that if someone is handling a package and sees it marked Fragile, hopefully they will try to treat it with a bit more care! Probably wishful thinking though!!
