Colorado Belle "49 and holding" NCV
In Response To: chip identify ()

TCR catalog E9109. Listed as used in the 2000s. Dragon mold. Valued at $30-40.

My recollection is it was used at a tournament for old guys who were "49 and Holding" rather than getting older grin .

There's also a pink one that could be a color variation in the plastic:
