I did not know a lot of those, but I did know #16. They are tiny spiders, not tarantula sized buggers! They are tiny, 'Mite' sized critters. You have probably eaten hundreds over the years, as well as flies, gnats and beetles.
You eat bugs everyday! Did you know what was in ground Beef/Pork/Chicken? How about Chocolate? All those products are allowed to contain bugs by the USDA.
Did you know that Lettuce, Cauliflower and Broccoli contain bugs and bits of bugs? USDA allows that as well.
Even if you grow your own...You are still eating, bugs.
But most bugs are beneficial. They aid the gut, and help with digestion and general health issues.
