Lucky me. I was able to identify these cool illegal chips because Gene Trimble & David Spragg have a great website (with a link on this chip board) called Preserving Gaming History. It is the button to the left of the CCGTCC button. I thank them both for hours of work and preserving chip history in a form that is available to anyone interested.
