The common yellow chip is to the left. Note the green sticks. The new found chip has blue sticks. There are hundreds of green stick chips. Less than a dozen of the blue stick chips. Only a half dozen of the new found red 5 with green sticks

The Balinese chips were identified from a picture of a Balinese craps table showing the crest and seals ascribed to the the Balinese Room. By the way,you are probably thinking of the Balinese yellow 10 with blue sticks. There are no yellow Balinese 1s
