Welcome to the club...I just don't bid on the item.just as well as sellers that don't ship to US protectorates that don't realize Puerto Rico is included under that statute. I recently bid on a PR token that the seller would not ship to protectorates..I contacted him and he changed the listing..guess what a token that would have sold for approx $350...sold for an amazing $1,140...so who's loosing out???
