So I ask again, please point me to one instance where something beneficial happened on the chipboard and the club took credit for that as being a 'Club' board.

I, nor any of the other BOD members have control over what people post here on the board.
People post club numbers because people feel more at ease when dealing with other club members.

People do post here more often than on the club board, for the most part because we don't allow selling on that board. However anyone is allowed to post on either board.
I urge all users to read the 'First time users' link at the top of every page which explains the chipboard use.

My concern is that your post suggest to those reading it that somehow when things are beneficial to the club, the club claims responsibility, which is completely false in my opinion and is negligent to make others think that.

Just my personal opinion and I will continue to call out and question those that make that claim.
