The Triple George Grill is just a few steps from the Mob Museum. Stand-alone restaurant (not part of a casino). Good food when I was there.

Also, FYI, the name comes from casino dealers calling a good tipper a "george". So, a triple george is an extra-extra-good player, from a dealer's perspective... or so I've been told.
