What I posted is exactly what is on the TRK record card.
Did the person that took the order make a mistake? Who knows?
Did the person that ordered the chips give a wrong spelling on purpose. Who knows?
That's all speculation.

The M B on that green chip you posted is a typo by the chipper that made that info.

No address on the record card could mean the order was picked up at TRK. That is my guess. Sometimes that is noted on the record, sometimes not.

Yes the old manufactures took phone orders and orders by mail. We have found a lot of spelling mistakes on all the old manufactures record cards, Mason, Taylor, HCE, etc.
