Yes, and I wrote that in an email, Don has covered it. You need someplace that allows editing of the image, or replacing it with another with the same name. Because linking to a photo here - we can't edit messages. And hosting here - you can't change images. Even Postimg.org, free hosting, you can't change an image, once there, it's there (or not).

Dropbox is free but you can't link to images.

I tried three "free" website places and every one of then, gets to the domain name and says how much it costs. There used to be Tripod and Bravehost.

OK I made a free site. It doesn't allow image linking... however by reading the source code for the page, I found a link. I'd say, too difficult.

Still can't change an image and upload the same name (YET) but I'm guessing the idea was a simple question and there should be an easier answer. Someplace to host images, where we can change the image, using the same name, and have that updated version, appear in posts here.

What Don said. Somewhere that you can do self hosting and change the image.
